During our Shakespeare workshop you practised and performed the meeting
of King Oberon and Queen Titania. Turn
the script below into a story describing their meeting.
Please include:
- Full sentences.
- Description using adjectives and adverbs of the setting and of the character’s actions.
- Speech between the characters.
- Fronted adverbials
[Enter OBERON, the King of Fairies, at one side
with his train, and TITANIA, the Queen, at the other, with hers]
OBERON: Ill met by moonlight, proud Titania.
TITANIA: What, jealous Oberon?—Fairies, skip hence
OBERON: Am I not thy lord?
TITANIA: Then I must be thy lady.
OBERON: Give me that boy!
TITANIA: Not for thy fairy kingdom.—Fairies, away!
"Hmm?" thought Oberon I realy need that boy,so I will meet Queen titania and try to persuade her to give me that boy.

I'll get that incredible boy by asking Titania gently at first. She wont miss it thought Oberon.

OBERON, the Fairy King, and his followers enter. On the other side, TITANIA, the Fairy Queen, and her followers enter. Oberon and Titania feel suspicious of each other but agree to meet to soft thing's out.
ReplyDeleteKing Oberon start's to speak sarcastically, "How nice to see you [not] Titania"
TITANIA replies just as sarcastically "What, are you jealous, Oberon?" She turns to he people "Fairies, let’s get out of here!"
OBERON walks towards TITANIA, Wagging his finger and says, "Am I not Your Lord?"
TITANIA puts her hands on her hips, and with no fear puts her head close to OBERON's and replies, "Am I then not your Lady?"
OBERON's gets angrier and pointing to the child in one of TITAN's colleagues arms , shouts "Give me the Boy!"
TITANIA steps back, arms up palms showing to OBERON and replies "Not for your whole fairy kingdom!" she turns her back to Oberon and facing her people leaves "Fairies away"
