So as we arrived at the spot we had a teacher that lead us in to what we were going to do first. first of all the teacher shared things about engeenering and what it would be like in olden times to travel around she told us that the engeener built a (1) steam train then we got to look at some pretend steam trains we also got to sit in them and shared ideas with Mrs kamila about how it felt in the steam train it was really old. after we played a challenging came what we had to do is there was thirteen (13) stamps around the museum which we had to find we had a piece of paper to put in the hole and a funny picture arrived on the paper one each number my group had a fun time finding them we also got to go on fake buses carriges every kind of. also I nearly forgot about telling you about lunch silly me we had lunch really tasty lunch so when we found all stamps we played in a play area of buses/trains finally after a long day we did the same thing went on the train and went school got are backpacks and went home!

  5. Our trip to the London Transport Museum.
Last Thursday year 4 went to the London Transport Museum. The London Transport Museum is located in the south east corner of London. The people in my group were Rayyan, Omar (me), Zarah, Hannah, Mikolaj and Nimla.

We walked to the train station and got on. In about 15 mins we got off and carried on walking. When we got inside we put our lunch away and sat in a room. Our tour instructor Gloria showed us a presentation about what an engineer does. She also told us that this museum is all about the past, future and present.

The first thing we did was to look through a microscope and see an image made of toys. The image was based on when the builders made the first underground tunnel. The man who thought of it was smart because he placed the tunnels where everyone wanted to go.

In our second activity we went on buses from the future and after that we went on trains from the past

Lunch time! In my lunch I had a kinder, two packets of crisps, two juice bottles and a sandwich.

At the end of the day we did a stamper trail. In the stamper trail you have to stamp the card. There were 13 stamps. In order to stamp the card u must push a big stamper. You will finish the stamper trail once you go to every place in the museum. You have to find the stampers with your group or if you go alone by yourself. We walked back went on the train (I felt dizzy along with Rayyan) We walked back to Chatsworth and that's the end of our trip!

  6. Trip to the London transport Museum!!

On Thursday 18th June me and my class went to the London Transport Museum.
At 9am after registration we walked to Hounslow East Underground Station.
We got off at our destination Leicester Square and on our travel we saw so many people chatting, eating and some people where going to the London Transport Museum.
There was a tour guide who explained about how it would feel to be in the olden times and travelling around in open buses. Who was the first engineer to make the first steam engine train and how electricity, technology and roads were made. After the talk we did different activates. First activity was a map activity, after that we went round and saw lots of old buses, carriages and trains. Some of them were looked after very well but some really smelled.
The memorable event through out our trip was going round and seeing different types of old transports and doing the Treasure Hunt.
Finally we travelled back by train to Chatsworth Primary School, everyone was exhausted.

Finally we reached Leister Square. Then we started walking to the the London Transport Museum. While we were walking we saw many shops and people. As soon as we got there a person who worked at the London Transport Museum came up to us and led us to a room. Inside the room she told us about engineering. Afterwards we got to explore the London Transport Museum. T hen we had our lunch. When we finished our lunch we did an activity sheet. We were supposed to find stamp posts and stamp the activity sheet. It was a lot of fun. Near the end of the day we had to go back to school on the train. WE walked back o the train station and went back to hounslow.
